My 3rd facelift, a revision done as a deep plane to fix 2 prior botched SMAS, was 18 mos ago. All ops were w/in 3 yrs. My lower face and the skin in front of ears is still highly elevated, puffy and swollen, lobes look pulled forward and down, sewn onto cheeks and submerged into face. Dr. says its prolonged healing from multiple facelifts. Is this true? Will this ever flatten and improve look of the lobes? I'm VERY upset at how this looks - see last photo and compare to 1st (pre any PS).

I would recommend a revision face/necklift. I recommend seeing a board-eligible or board-certified ACTUAL plastic surgeon with at least 6 years of integrated plastic surgery training (ideally followed by an aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society).
Without any photos or further informatino, I typically advise waiting at least a year prior to revision to ensure that everything has softened and swelling has resolved. It depends somewhat on what technique was used initially and what needs to be addressed in the revision.
Three Facelifts within three years puts a lot of stress on the skin and it will take a long, long time for the skin to relax.
My advice, from looking at the pictures, is to wait at least three years before any other interventions.
