I underwent pretrichial forehead lift 2004. Brows continue to be very over elevated centrally and are asymmetrical. The right side is pulled up so tightly that the skin over inner upper lid is red and dry. Is there any way to lower the brows? (I didn't need the procedure to begin with and it was overdone.)

Answer: Difficult problem to solve.
The only way to lower your brows would be with the use of tissue expanders placed underneath the skin of the forehead and scalp. This is a process that will take a couple of months, and you will look quite unusual during that time.
This likely will not make a huge difference, but you could attempt to weaken the forehead muscles [frontalis] with botox. It might give a subtle improvement.

Answer: Reversing an overdone forehead lift.
Reversing an overdone forehead lift can be done but if the scalp is very tight then I use a tissue expander to do this. I would need to feel the mobility of your scalp to decide.
