Either Botox (temporary, limited change in brow position) or a browlift (long-lasting, can achieve significant brow lift) are typically used to raise your brow position. For specific advice based on your concerns and anatomy seek a consultation with a facial plastic surgery specialist.
The brow lift procedure is performed on patients who have low eyebrows in attempt to raise the eyebrows and give better facial balance to the upper third of the face. There are many variables with the surgery including placement of the incision for the hairline (which can be raised or lowered), softening and adjustments of the corrugator, frontalis, and procerus muscles along with adjusting asymmetry of the eyebrows. It is best to seek an in-person consultation and examination. Seen the link and the video below for examples of brow lifting in our practice
There is no best way but you should consult with a local plastic surgeon and find out what options are available for you. For truly aesthetically low eyebrows, on women, a Browlift is the most effective and long lasting. While I have seen women as young as 20 with eyebrows, low enough for the surgery, I have not performed one on anyone younger than 25 years of age.
Without a photo and exam it is hard to answer your concerns. In my past, I have performed endoscopic browlifts successfully in the younger patient who only needs mild correction. This may be an option for you. Consult a board certified plastic surgeon in your area. All the best
Browlift surgery raises eyebrows as does plucking and eyebrow pencil( or permanent makeup).Botox therapy is something to try. It is not permanent .
I would recommend hair removal. It will make your forhead look longer and prevent you from having surgery. If that is not an option for you then a brow lift wil laso raise your forehead
Usually post-surgical brow lifts can be addressed with neuromodulators and sometimes fillers. Ultimately if those do not work, a second brow repositioning treatment can be performed.
Some patients have significantly more skin laxity than others, but skin laxity alone typically does not account for eye symptoms and difficulty focusing. Starting with a formal eye exam by an ophthalmologist would be helpful. Brow lifting techniques may eventually be helpful as well, but a trial...
