Brow Lift for Naturally Low Brows?

Either Botox (temporary, limited change in brow position) or a browlift (long-lasting, can achieve significant brow lift) are typically used to raise your brow position. For specific advice based on your concerns and anatomy seek a consultation with a facial plastic surgery specialist.  

 The brow lift procedure is performed on patients who have low eyebrows in attempt to raise the eyebrows and give better facial balance to the upper third of the face. There  are many variables with the surgery including placement of the incision for the hairline (which can be raised or lowered), softening and adjustments of the corrugator, frontalis, and procerus muscles along with adjusting asymmetry of the eyebrows. There is no best way but you should consult with a local plastic surgeon and find out what options are available for you.  Endoscopic techniques are certainly attractive but subcutaneous techniques are much easier to revise if needed.  Find out what will work for you and make your decisions based on the information you have.
