I have small tacks protruding from scalp with large lumps surrounding it. I have redness, hair loss, severe pain./with little rest. I am tortured around the clock. Is there any help from me. I've returned to surgeon that did the procedure several times with no results. My face is also swollen on one side with tacks under skin and very sore to touch. I had surgery 10 yrs ago and have spent alot of money trying to find an answer for my severe pain. Is there any help for me, I can't live like this.

I would recommend hair removal. It will make your forhead look longer and prevent you from having surgery. If that is not an option for you then a brow lift wil laso raise your forehead
