Brow or Forehead Lift Help Sinus?

I am not aware of any cases where a brow/forehead lift has improved sinus problems.  The sinuses are located under the bones and the brow or forehead lift would not affect anything under the bones.  It's possible that your symptoms are not caused by sinuses but from something else.  

I can't think of any way from an anatomic point how elevating your brows can help your sinuses.  Best to see an ENT surgeon for further evaluation and treatment.

 I think the effect, of placing the tape, relieves pressure on the trigeminal nerve braches responsible for pain sensation of the forehead.  You could test this theory by injecting lidocaine in the nerve location.  If that is the case, a Browlift might provide some relief although, I wouldn't agree to perform a Browlift unless your brows were low.  There are other methods of targeting the trigeminal nerve branches.

This doe not sound like a sinus problem unless you have had documented sinusitis and persistent X-ray findings. If stretching the forehead and brows upward gives you sustained relief and you don't mind the way you look , surgery could be considered if you are desperate. It may not work in the long term
