I would recommend hair removal. It will make your forhead look longer and prevent you from having surgery. If that is not an option for you then a brow lift wil laso raise your forehead

A higher forehead hairline can be achieved through a browlift. The two types of browlift most commonly performed that can achieve this are the endoscopic browlift or the coronal browlift. Keep in mind that both with raise your eyebrows, so it would be nice to see a photo that includes your eyes. You should see an expert who performs this operation frequently.

An endoscopic browlift technique will provide some mild forehead lengthening while a coronal scalp browlift will provide a more significant one with greater permanancy. Be aware that either browlift technique will raise your eyebrows to some degree so this is a potential trade-off.

It is possible to raise your hairline. Raising your hairline will also have the effect of raising your brows as you demonstrate. It is important to maintain an aesthetic brow shape. What is demonstrated in your photo when you raise your hairline is the dreaded surprised or disappointed effect of browlifting. Seek an experienced plastic surgeon who can advise you on your options and avoid the stigmata of unskilled facial plastic surgery if you choose to proceed with surgery.   The only way to raise a low hairline is to perform coronal brow lift, which would elevate the brows as well. You must have a combination of a low hairline AND  low eyebrows to consider this operation.

To  narrow forehead, potentially without examination would be  1: Laser hair removal if you are a candidate. 2: if by pulling with your fingers on the forehead satisfy you then a traditional BICORONAL incision and forehead lift may make you happy. 3: a tissue expander in the forehead then advancement of the expanded hairless skin back as much as you want to.

I need to see pictures that include your eyes. If your eyebrows are low this is an easier procedure because the brows and hairline can be lifted simultaneously.
