No anti-aging facial surgery is permanent, not even an endoscopic browlift. Although this procedure can last a long time based on how it was done and secured and what the original browlift position was. All eyebrows after a lift eventually drop somewhat given enough time.

 If the eyebrows are too high after a Coronal Browlift (my preferred method of raising the brows), these can be massaged to a lower position.  With an endoscopic browlift, the brows are suspended with suture or skin hooks making it more difficult to do so.  The endoscopic brow lift can last a year or less.
