You may be able to get closer to that look, but the exact result depends on how much usable donor fat you have, your skin quality, and your natural pelvic/hip shape. In your photos, you already have a relatively small waist and some buttock projection, which is favorable for creating a more rounded BBL result. The area that would likely need the most planning is adding upper and lateral hip fullness while shaping the waist with careful liposuction. That said, if you are quite lean, the limit may be fat availability rather than surgical technique. A BBL can improve contour and projection, but it cannot always duplicate a reference photo, especially if the reference has a different bone structure or more starting volume. I would discuss expected fat harvest, likely retained volume, and safety technique with your surgeon; fat should be placed only in the safe subcutaneous plane, not into the muscle.
