I scheduled my BBL surgery for 9/27/2023, but I recently took my blood pressure at home and have a 135/91 blood pressure which would fall into the Hypertension category. I am surprised it's so high and never had a history of high blood pressure. I have scheduled an appointment with my doctor to figure out what to do. Will my doctor have to cancel my surgery if my blood pressure is that high on the day of surgery?
