How many surgeries are done in one day safely to were it's not a fast food surgery meaning a bunch of people in an out quickly in one day, rather than spreading them out to a decent amount of people in a day an more time an attention is taken.

Answer: Rhinoplasty operations per day I think this is difficult to say depending on the technique of the surgeon and the types of rhinoplasty operations we are talking about. In general, a primary rhinoplasty done with an endonasal (closed) technique takes less time then one that is done open. And Secondary Rhinoplasty takes much longer than primary rhinoplasty. So on a given day, a surgeon may operate as many as four or five noses, but I tend to stay in the two to three range because most are complex and done open. A surgeon doing five or six or seven may have technique that is easy and repeatable. This is where that cookie-cutter look MAY be a factor.
