Is it possible to reshape the forehead without doing an "eyebrow" lift? (photo)

My eyebrows drape over my eyes and I would like to keep them like that, but my forehead is a little bumpy. i know men are supposed to have some bumpiness, but there are guys who have smooth forehead. I am wondering if its possible to recontour the forehead without affecting the position of the eyebrows? Thank you.

Yes. You can smooth the anterior surface of the forehead bone and not disturb the hairline or the eyebrow position. Depending on the details, this may even be able to be done endoscopically.

Yes. Elevating the brow is not required during forehead surgery. There are several methods for changing the contour of the forehead. So it is possible to maintain your brow position.

The irregular contour of your forehead is secondary to the underlying bones. As long as the bone is thick enough the irregular projection, which we call "bossing", can be changed by filing the bone. This is not an unusual request by both men and women.
