What is the cost in the surrounding New York area for the simplest hairline lowering procedure? (photos)

Question

23 yr old female (5'6" 120 lbs) the skin on my scalp is very flexible (I can move the skin on my head back & forth as I have a lot of skin on my forehead that I can pinch). I just want my hairline lowered at least an inch. Don't want use of an expander nor grafting just have my hairline lowered a little, how much would that be? I'm referring to the most minimal scarring & incisions which I think is FROST hairline lowering surgery.

Before providing cost, we would need to make sure that you are even a candidate for the one stage procedure.  Most surgeons with extensive experience in this procedure are at about the same price from what we can tell, while there are certainly discount clinics around as well.  The most commonly performed hairline lowering procedure is referred to as a hairline lowering or a forehead reduction.  FROST is another surgeon's acronym.
