Who is the best brow lift revision surgeon? (photo)

I have done browlift reversal with hairline lowering for 35 years. It depends on the type of browlift u had. I am guessing it was a coronal. I use tissue expansion for this which u will need if your scalp is tight. 

Over elevated brows are stigmatic and one of the most typical signs of the "done" look.  I always tell my patients that a browlift should be more about  brow relaxation than brow exaggeration. The position of your brows can be improved with a Trichophytic (irregularly irregular) hairline incision, hairline lowering and brow release procedure.

To get the brow down, you will have to have a dissection over the forehead and top of the head so that the skin can move back down.  This can be done from incisions either at or behind the hairline. See a couple different people to see what they recommend.  Anyone who does a lot of browlifts - general plastic, facial plastic, or oculoplastic - should be able to help you with this issue.     

One possible solution for this difficult problem is shaving the existing eyebrow hairs and then marking or tattoo eyebrow in lower position, so no surgery.

Sorry for the result! Best to seek "many" in person consultations from ONLY boarded PSs in your city. I recommend a "reverse brow lifting/coronal approach. 

I am sorry about the results and the it can be reversed to some degree. Did you have open forehead lift?I would suggest hair line advancement and reversing the lift. I would suggest in person examination and evaluating your forehead muscle movement. You may benefit from Botox if your forehead muscle is too strong. You may need to have upper eyelid surgery after reversing the brow lift.   

Consult several board certified plastic surgeons and choose one who has considerable  experience doing various different types of brow lifts.  Discuss with the surgeon a reverse brow lift procedure which will involve  surgical loosening of your brow and scalp and lowering of your anterior hairline.   

Unfortunately you are correct - your eye brows are too high. You also appear to have an elevated hairline. Years ago we developed the Irregular Trichophytic Hairline Incision to avoid this complication. There are several ways  to improve both these problems but the solution will depend on the technique that was used to elevate your brows. More information please. 

Few have much, if any, experience reversing an overly done browlift operation. I have done some reversal of endoscopic brow lifts with a relatively simple operation of elevating all the scalp and forehead and moving everything down and fixating it. This is similar to, but  the reverse of,  the hairline lowering operation which is common  in my practice. If your operation involved removal of scalp or forehead tissue, and there is no scalp laxity, tissue expansion (a 2 stage process) can work. If tissue expansion is needed, it is best done by someone near you.Dr. Yaremchuck in Boston has published his experiences of surgically  reversing  browlifts.Dr. Taban has offered a simple cosmetic solution. You would have to sacrifice your eyebrows.  I cannot imagine Botox being of any benefit.  I would suggest getting a number of opinions in person.
