Every time I have a cold, especially at night, I experience panic and feelings of claustrophobia, as if I'm drowning. I'm unsure why I react this way, but I've heard that rhinoplasty is much more challenging than dealing with a cold. I'm concerned about whether I can mentally handle it, so I'm wondering if it's possible to request antiaxiety meds for the first few days to help prevent panic attacks . Would that be a viable option?? or should I just avoid rhinoplasty
