Should I do alar trim first before bridge augmentation and tip plasty? What’s the best time gap for each procedure?

I am planning to undergo rhinoplasty, but I am torn between two amazing surgeons. The 1st dr. is really good at doing bridge augmentation and tip plasty. He does the most natural looking bridges, but a lot complains about his assymetrical/overtrimmed alars and bad scarring. The 2nd dr. is famous for his seamless alar trims — which I love, but his bridges are too high at the radix part. I’m planning to do alar trimming first, but I don’t know when should i do the rest. What do you think? Thanks!

The reason for my answer is that the width of your nostrils will change slightly after you tip has been operated on. For example, if you gain several millimeters of tip projection, your nostrils will be several millimeters narrower. I hope this is helpful and thank you for this most interesting question. If a doctor makes bridges that are too high, scratch him off your list. You'd hate that. If the other doctor gives nasty scarring on his alar trims, tell him to leave that part out of the operation!

I'd recommend finding a surgeon who can address both of your concerns at one time. Rhinoplasty surgery is as much about the skillset of the surgeon as it is their aesthetic eye. There are a lot of board certified Facial Plastic Surgeons with amazing rhinoplasty results. Take your time and find the best surgeon to help you achieve your goals!

What you describe makes little sense. Why would you choose to have three rhinoplasty operations?
Have you spoken to each of the providers about your proposed plan???
If not I suggest you do.
