Would I benefit from moderate plus or high profile? Concerned about mild sagging, would like to avoid outward migration (photos)

Looking at the current nipple level and IMF (inframammary fold) level, I don't think there will be any problems using the implants you mentioned. A high-profile implant is advantageous for saggy breast correction, but if a high-profile implant is used, I would recommend using 250cc implant. To prevent bottoming out or outward migration (lateral malposition), it is important not to use implants that are too large and to wear a bra properly after surgery.

Hello You need breast lifting with implants because you have a swollen skin and breast only with implants it will not make a good look.

If you’d like more lift, then please speak with your surgeon about high profile. HP may be better able to more closely achieve your desired appearance. However, HP can only provide a bit of a lift. If you’d like more, then a breast lift may be recommended because your nipples appear to be a little lower down on your chest.

Always choose the flattest, widest implant possible for your breast and chest dimensions. I can see that your prospective surgeon uses Mentor implants based on the volume of the mod plus and high profile volumes. Mentor mod plus is slightly flatter than either Natrelle's or Sientra's mod plus, and Mentor's high profile is slightly more projecting than either Natrelle's or Sientra's high profile. My recommendation is a Sientra mod plus 235 cc implant. Same 10.5 cm diameter. It's a nice in between size compared to either of the Mentor's profiles.

I agree you only need implants to give you a great result, to just inflate your breasts. 200 and 250cc size are modest size implants. If you like both I think you will regret if you do not chose the 250. Good luck.

I think that implant in range of 250 ml would create desired effect regardless moderate plus or high profile. You already have some cleavage, so placing implants close to natural line would give you enough of cleavage. You should discuss these issues with your surgeon since fine details like these need in person evaluation and appropriate discussion. Hope this helps. Good luck.

You look great in the push up bra because the breasts have been elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial. You will need an operation that does that. Adding implants will not do what a push up bra does. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

200 cc is very small and I think will be a dissspointment. Even 250 is considered small but I would prefer 250 instead of 200
