The first six photos are of me. The last four are my wish pictures. I have asymmetry and sagging. Will I be able to achieve my wish pictures? Any size recommendations implant wise? In my case is over or under the muscle better? Which breast lift incision do you recommend? I want to my breasts to look natural, perkier, and more even.

Answer: Breast augmentation You should be able to achieve the look you are wanting. The asymmetry can be addressed and the position of the nipples corrected. The best place to begin is a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you. During this important meeting measurements will be taken of your breasts and your goals for surgery will be discussed. Your surgeon will combine this information to recommend implants for you. In addition to volume you'll need to decide on type, style, and profile. I've included a video about this process that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
