Based on your pictures I will recommends you to have a lift together with the breast implants, a lift can help you with to give you the projection you are looking for, please keep in mind the breast are very different in any woman you can have a look similar but you have your own type of breast. Also, the implants I will recommend under the muscle (UTM), after having multiples patient with similar conditions as you I noticed when implants have been placed under the muscles there is less risk of breast fall due to the weight of the prosthesis that will be supported by the pectoral without weighing on the skin. Both technique are good your surgeon in a physical consultation will determinate was is the best for you. Do not forget to search for a board certified plastic surgeon.

Hello you need breast implants and lifting because your breasts are swollen to give a shape implants are important.

determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.

Hello. The answer is Yes! You can have great results after breast augmentation. It's a good idea to carry a photo to the office to show your goals when you have an exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Anyway, you must know that the results may differ from one woman to another. In your case, you can get great results with breast augmentation. I would go under the muscle for you to give better upper breast fullness, avoid seeing the edge of the implant and more support to the implant since a lift will be done.

Your wish photo should be achievable with a lift and implants. You may need to consider a different lift than the mini lift which could result in stretched areola tissue. I encourage you to visit with a few board certified plastic surgeons in your area to listen to varying opinions.

i would definitely go UNDER the muscle for 4 reasons especially for you since you are thin will small breasts that do not have much volume:

1) feels more natural - since more layers between your implants and the outside world
2) you will get better mammograms - since it is pushing your breast tissue farther forward
3) more natural shape since the pec muscle gives a softer more natural look
4) less likely to develop hardness and capsule formation.

I also do not think you will need a breast lift once you put in the 400 cc since i think they will take up your loose skin and they will lift up your nipples. the plastic surgeon can make the final decision, once he sits you up after putting the implants in place.
