I am a 28 year old female, never had any surgeries done. I've always been bothered about lack of cleavage and just learned about congenital symmastia. Since this is rare, what procedures are recommended? Is there a way I could ever have cleavage without getting implants or fat transfer? What price range would this procedure cost? And what would post op look like for said procedure?
Answer: Breast lifting with implants Helloyou will need breast lifting with implants and after the surgery you will get rid of those excess skin tissue between your breast but there are will be longer scar.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Congenital symmastia This is condition that is not frequently seen and treated, in particular in women with relatively smaller breasts, like yours. A combination of aggressive liposuction, plasement of deep sutures between skin and sternal bone and long time molding/pressure, would be some options. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in breast surgery is recommneded. Good luck.
