Hello thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is not a specific surgery we can perform to reduce the appearance of congenital symmastia. Consult with a plastic surgeon for a further assessment.

The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

This is condition that is not frequently seen and treated, in particular in women with relatively smaller breasts, like yours. A combination of aggressive liposuction, plasement of deep sutures between skin and sternal bone and long time molding/pressure, would be some options. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in breast surgery is recommneded. Good luck.
