I really do like my face, and i bet you hear it a lot but i'm just not satisfied with it. I don't mean start changing my whole face. I just want to change one thing to make my face a little more proportional and be a little happier with it. but I can't really put my finger on what it is. if its the fact i constantly look like i'm pouting because of my lips, or my long nose which makes my eyes look even more deep set and the hollow created between them making me look tired.
Answer: Rhinoplasty can impact your entire facial appearance. Thank you for the photos. Because the nose is the central, defining feature of the face, nose surgery can have a comprehensive impact on how your whole face looks. The best place to start is by scheduling a consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon who focuses on nose surgery and other facial procedures, including injectables. From there, you can work together to find the right combination of surgical and nonsurgical options to help you meet your goals.~ Dr. E

Answer: Facial evaluation Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. With that being said, based on your photographs, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty and possibly lip fillers. This combination may create an improved look which could accomplish your goals. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Proportional face I think if you start with your nose and then see what to do with the chin and lips that will be your best bet. Of course an in person consultation where you will point out the things you don't like and a preoperative 3d simulation of what you would look like after the procedure will be of great help in your decision making process.

Answer: Proportions are key Hi, I agree from your pictures your nose appears long, especially in relation to the lower part of your face. Roughly speaking, the nose should be about the same height as the forehead and the area from the chin to the lips. Your chin is pretty far forward, but not very long. Your upper lip seems short (at least from the pictures). You have a little dorsal hump on your nose. Taking the hump down and rotating your tip up a small amount will give your upper lip a little more length. A genioplasty (moving the chin) slightly down and back would give you a little more lower length, decrease the crease between your chin and lower lip, and put the tip of your chin in a more feminine position. This would give you the facial harmony you desire, subtly changing the look of your face to bring the focus to your eyes and high cheeks. Best wishes, Brad Gandolfi. Answer: Making the face proportional and improving the aesthetics Hi, Thanks for your photos which highlight your concerns well. First, we look at the ratios of the upper, middle and lower third of the face. The lower third of your face, ( from the base of the nose to the chin), is slightly smaller than the middle and upper third. These should all be equal. So there is a case of increasing the chin vertical height. Secondly, looking at your nose, it could do with a narrowing and refinement of the tip. On the profile view, the dorsum could be lowered ever so slightly. You have thick and heavy ala. Changing that would be difficult. However, if the tip projection is lifted, the vertical length of the nose will reduce and it will look smaller. So a combination of narrowing and lifting would be required to make it look smaller. As the nose tip is lifted, more of the upper lip will be visible as well. Please consult a good Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon, who has considerable experience in changing the nose and chin simultaneously to achieve the refinement you want.
