Hello I just had my ethnic rhinoplasty done 9/1/17, and I wanted more of a bridge and a refined tip. This is my 4th week and I don’t have no definition at all in my tip, it is big round and bulbous. I thought at this point most of the swelling is down and most definition is supposed to come through. Is this because I have thick skin or did my surgeon just do nothing?? Is this how my nose is going to look permanently??? What are my options at this point for swelling reduction??? Thank you
