Why did my dorsal hump suddenly grow?

My nose was fine a week ago but I noticed a got bump I did some research and apparently it's called a dorsal bump I didn't have that before and I would like to know what was the cause of that growth

I would certainly clarify with your rhinoplasty surgeon about the type of implant and his/her thoughts about activity levels, diving.  Agreed that a full face mask that puts less pressure on the area might be warranted..
