I got rhinoplasty 3 months ago and I like the profile although it is too upturned. My biggest problem is the tip/ columella area as too much has been removed making me look like a pig. Is this fixable? And how can I achieve this? I have a line right underneath my nose as so it looks like a deformed columella as the nose is too upturned
