Nose looks deformed after rhinoplasty. How do I fix this? (Photo)

Hello,This is why it is important to do photographic digital simulation. Your nose by most persons standards has gotten a nice improvement, at least based on the photos you post. However, you don't like it. Although every respondent says it's too early to evaluate, the truth is, at least from the angle of these photos, little will change over the next year or more. If you are still unhappy then, you can get a revision. However, I'm not sure who will want to give you what we all seek to avoid, a drooping columella. Best of luck!

You should not do anything yet – give the tissues a chance to heal more and fully recover. Corrective surgery could be performed in the future, or perhaps just injection of some type of filler, such as Juvederm.

With any nasal surgery, the name of the game is patience. At one week, we would expect you to have quite a bit of swelling and bruising still noticeable and may have trouble breathing out of one or both nostrils. By the end of two weeks, typically, you will still be swollen but look more like you have a bad cold, rather than post surgical. Swelling can take up to a year to be completely gone, however, by 9 weeks you will look very good and should see big difference from your pre-op pics. 

Its too soon to see final result. You should be really much better on 6 months. Dont worry too muchRegards
