Foam Rolling and Coolsculpting, is it safe?

Question

I'm just wondering if it is safe to foam roll on the treatment site, particularly the abdomen. Mainly asking due to soreness in the treatment area. Will this help, or alternatively, hinder results?

Foam rolling won't affect your CoolSculpting results one way or the other. However, if you are tender and it hurts when you do the rolling, don't do it. Be sure to consult your board-certified dermatologist if you need advice about your CoolSculpting.

Foam rolling should not have any impact on your CoolSculpting results.  One major advantage of CoolSculpting treatments is that there are basically no restrictions.  If you feel comfortable doing the activity, it is fine to do; if you are uncomfortable, don't push it.

I do not think that foam rolling after CoolSculpting would help or hinder the results.  I think it would be safe to do, but not sure it would bring any improvement.
