I tried once and dint faced any problem like skin irritation and all. So i want to know how many times i should do it with ice pads to get results?
Answer: Is fat freezing at home effective ? This is not at all effective and is unsafe. Coolsculpting uses a controlled freezing technology which kills fat and also protects your skin. By using ice packs you are exposing yourself to uncontrolled temperatures and to the possibility of frost bite. This will not give you any results and should not be tried.Regards,

Answer: Freezing at Home I understand there is a lot of information on the internet and please know this is a really unsafe idea. You can not control the temperature with any non medical device and it won't work. It can actually damage your skin and surrounding tissue. Cool Sculpting has FDA clearance on the temperature and time for treatments. Anything different is not worth doing. Best of Luck.

Answer: Fat freezing at home You should not perform fat freezing at home. First of all, it is possible that you could cause damage if the freezing is done too cold. When CoolSculpting is done, it goes to a particular temperature to prevent damage to the skin while still causing fat cell destruction. Second, it is unlikely that freezing fat at home with ice pads would even work. You should have the treatment performed by a physician.

Answer: This method is neither safe nor effective! Please do not try fat-freezing treatments at home, because they can have some really damaging effects to your skin. The reason why CoolSculpting® is safe and effective is that it is able to target only the unwanted fat cells that you want to remove without harming the surface of your skin or the surrounding cells. When you simply apply ice to an area of your body, you are unable to control which cells you are harming and which you are not. Because of this, you could end up with painful frostbite or other unwanted side effects. Moreover, there is no evidence to show that at-home treatments like this will have any effect whatsoever on losing fat, so it’s just not worth putting yourself at risk. CoolSculpting® really is a much more effective and safer option.
