had a revision rhinoplasty in march 2022 with a rib graft. The tip of my nose became very red this summer and has not gone away. The skin also peels. It also seems to get worse when I’m hot. I wear sunscreen and my surgeon said it should go away in time. Is it necrosis or rosacea? I’ve also tried bbl laser to help and it hasn’t. Some days it’s worse than others but seems to get more red throughout day. Pictures I’m posting are in morning with little redness but gets bright red later
