Cortisone was injected near the root of the nose after rhinoplasty which caused an "inward dent" which was then filed down on the revision. This is hurting/irritating the nose since it's just in the spot were the glasses rest. It's now been 2 years after my revision rhinoplasty. What is the best option to fill this out, fat transfer? Rib? My surgeon have tried filler once but didn't help and i'm thinking filler might migrate since constant pressure is applied on this area from glasses.
