My nostrils are asymmetrical, scarred and triangular at the same time after getting my goretex removed and doing 3rd alarplasty. I really hope you can help me make my oval shaped nostrils back again and make it more natural looking. I'm willing to go to other parts of the world and pay significant amount for this kind of surgery just to get this done. I'M SO DEPRESSED AND DESPERATE. If this cant be fixed by revision, can it be fixed by nasal reconstruction? Please recommend
