Hi, I had a rhinoplasty done in Colombia 6 months ago and unfortunately I am not happy with my results. I was left with an upturn short nose. My nostrils are to exposed and I still have a bump on my bridge. My new doctor recommended I should have ear cartilage placed for surgery. I heard rib cartilage was better..Is ear cartilage good? Or what is recommended?
