Hello doctors, I had my first rhynoplasty at 60. The results were not very nice. I have a residual hump (not too noticeable, but it’s there) some fibrotic tissue on the right side of the tip, which makes the tip look a bit bulbous. I ended up with alar retraction (now you can see the inside of my nose) and nostril asymmetry. Doctors I’ve been consulting where I live, think I should leave my nose alone for fear of making it even worse due to my age:(((((
