Hi! I understand that I can't get an accurate assessment on my without a consultation, but I wanted to explore some options before finding my surgeon. I like the general shape and size of my nose but I feel like the tip is bulbous and I have a slight bump on my bridge. My tip gets very droopy when I smile (second pic). Do you think that in my case, a very subtle rhinoplasty to lift the tip and shave the bump would be possible? I would prefer it to be a small change that other's don't notice.
