Does this sound like I have scar tissue inside the nose?

I had rhinoplasty done 6 years ago and had a steroid injection several times over the course of the first 3 and a half years and the steroid injections made a tremendous difference I didnt have a steroid injection for almost 3 years and my nose is now what it looked like pre injections, thick and shapeless. I had a steroid injection 3 weeks ago and the doctor struggled to get the injection inside, she said it was hard inside. Is this scar tissue & should i get another injection?

It's normal t feel tired the first few days after your surgery. I recommend my patients start walking and get out of bed as soon as possible. The first 3 hours after your surgery, you will still be exhausted and sleepy because of general anesthesia. You will feel much better the following day....
