I’m curious what procedure I would need for more nose or the rest of my face to look more aesthetically pleasing.

A rhinoplasty to reduce the slight dorsal hump and create a supratip break with a refinement of the tip domal cartilages to reduce and narrow them would be aesthetically pleasing.

What procedures can be done to make you more aesthetically pleasing? It looks like nature has already been very kind to you. Your profile looks beautiful as is. I would leave that alone. You might have a slightly bulbous nasal tip which to be a perfectionist you might want to refine, and you might consider a small amount of filler to the lips, particularly your upper lip. These are very minor changes and if you did nothing at all you’ll be absolutely fine

The posted photos are toooo distance. I think tip rhinoplasty with chin liposuction, maybe upper lip lift. Fees $20,000 ranges.
