I just woke up today and noticed a dimple on chin. I am 2 weeks post op chin! Please tell me it goes away? (Photo)

Most likely edge of implant. Fillers or fat grafts would correct. Best to discuss with your chosen surgeon sooner than later... 

You need to be prepared for swelling and possible dimples that can last several weeks to months following a chin implant surgery. Numbness and muscle weakness around the mouth may or may not occur and can last for the same time period as your swelling or may persist longer.  If the dimple persists, it would be something to ask your plastic surgeon about. 

Your concern is legitimate but requires an examination in the office by having the surgeon palpate the edges of the implant to make sure that it is smooth with the contour of the jaw bone. Also post operative swelling can make things look worse. I would wait a few more weeks for healing to occur. Do you know what type of implant was used? was it secured to the bone with screws? what approach was used to place the implant in the chin?
