Can mandibular angle implants push the jaw forward?

Yes, there
definitely are options available to help you achieve the look that you desire
with a chin implant. There are chin implants designed to push the chin forward
and add vertical height (downward movement). In addition, there are square
design chin implants are offered for men.

Without photos I can't  really answer your question. There are many options for mandibular modification. These procedures are very successful.  You really need to be examined and have a personal consultation with a qualified facial plastic or plastic surgeon to see what would suit you best.

Mandibular angle implants will not push the jaw forward. Chin advancement by a silicone chin implant or a sliding osseous genioplasty will not affect the occlusal bite however mandibular advancement by a sagittal split mandibular osteotomy with necessary concurrent orthodontic treatment. 

The only way to bring the entire jaw forward is orthognathic surgery.  This requires orthodontics and jaw surgery combination.  The jaw implants and chin surgery can give you a similar cosmetic appearance in most cases but will not change your bite.  See a surgeon who is well versed in jaw surgery and facial implants for the best result.  Good luck.  Donald R.
