I had a broken nose due to a car accident that left me with a crooked nose and deviated septum. Dr. Manoli was great every step of the way! He takes his time to make sure all your questions are answered and makes you feel at ease. He has the best bedside manner, personable and most importantly, he does a great job! My nose is straight and I can breathe better than I ever could before. Michelle, the nurse and Dr. May are very sweet as well. Thank you Dr. M & team!!! :)

My experience with Dr. Manolakakis was beyond amazing! I had a consultation for reconstructive nose surgery. I had wanted the surgery because I was very unhappy with the profile of my nose. During the consultation, pre-op appointments, day of surgery, and post-op appointments, Dr. Manolakakis was extremely informative, and made me feel very comfortable with the surgery. Him, as well as his staff, were incredibly friendly and welcoming during all my visits. He goes above and beyond for his patients, and always puts the patient first. I am very happy with the outcome of my surgery. The results of my surgery are better than what I had imagined. I am very thankful to Dr. Manolakakis.

A few years ago I was seeking out doctors to help fix an uneven smile with severe gum exposure. A dear friend of mine just so happened to be a sales representative for Juvederm ,who worked with an extensive amount of doctors In the Tri-state area. Out of all the doctors she did business with, Dr. Manolis Manolakakis was her number one recommendation . I had never done anything to my face before so I was extremely nervous before my appointment . Upon arriving to the office, I was greeted by the most warm, welcoming staff.They office was SPOTLESS. When consulting with Dr. M , I felt as if I was sitting with a long time friend. He was kind, informative, and honest. A few doctors I had consulted with before, were very aggressive and seemed to get agitated when I said I wanted to "think about it" after Only a 10 min consult. I sat with Dr. M for over 45 mins discussing a budget friendly treatment to fix my smile. I have never been happier with my results! I am now going on my 5th year as a Patient at Advanced Facial Surgery. Throughout the years I have become confident enough in Dr. Manolakakis's Professional option to let him take charge of my face. This past year, He has cured my acne with laser treatments and amazing skincare, and help me get "picture perfect wedding ready" with Botox and Juvederm fillers. When I look back at old pictures I feel as if I am getting younger looking, not older! Haha I absolutely love Dr. Manolakakis and his staff! I would recommend them to ANYONE!

I've seen Dr. Manolakakis on a few occasions. The office staff is friendly and accommodating as is the doctor. He is smart, thorough, has a great eye and wonderful technique. Dr. M is the best! Go!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Manolakakis for over a year now. He was referred to me by 5 patients. I must say my first visit was amazing! The office is Cutting Edge! Then Dr. Manolakakis and Dr. May prepared me for Surgery. I never felt more cared for before, during and after a procedure. The follow-up was incredible as well. Dr. Manolakakis was even willing to make a House Call!!! You truly feel like you are a part of a Family! I couldn’t be happier with my results. Dr. M is the best!!!! Whether it’s Botox, lasers or surgery- you always come out looking better. Never once have I questioned him. He is always there if you have follow up questions or concerns and happy to go over anything to make you feel comfortable. I will never go anywhere else

I've been a patient of Dr. Manolakakis for 8 years. I only wish that he could be my doctor for everything! His personality, his passion, his compassion, and his desire to treat his patients as "properly as possible" is why I trust him so much. He never suggest too much, but rather a limited treatment with the possibility of more. That is a true doctor, a true caretaker.

As always, a wonderful experience with Dr M and his staff. Had surgery on December 1st. All went well expect for some post surgery nausea from anesthesia. Dr M stayed with me for an additional 4 hours after surgery, text he hourly until 1 am ( when I told him to get some rest) and had me come to the office the next morning for hydration. I have healed perfectly and cannot say enough about his work, his bedside manner and his staff. I am an RN, you do not see this type of dedication elsewhere.

I am 46 and had a,facelift neck lift undereye blephoplasty with under eye fat graph . The photos shown are the day be4 and 3 weeks post op. I am so far very happy with my results . The surgery was,6 hours and then recovery 1 hr. It is,a tough surgery as,far as,recovery it's been a little tough but if you want amazing results you have to deal with the recovery .
