Weight loss after breast augmentation of 100 lbs. I am 5'9" I am 30 years old. Female I always weighed between 114-130 my entire life until 2 years ago. I started taking Risperdal and gained 100 lbs. I took it for one and a half years and then stopped. I haven't been able to lose any weight yet, except down to 200 lbs (because I feel pressured ) I am going to get breast implants once my weight goes back to normal 700-800cc approx.
Answer: What would happen if I got the breast implants and then lost 100 lbs? The most common occurrence for massive weight loss with a breast implant in place is for the breast tissue to sag over the implant - something called a Snoopy deformity. This can be usually be fixed with a breast lift. The general recommendation would be to lose the weight then do the breast surgery. It should be noted for safety purposes, your surgery would likely be 2 stages to take into account the extra skin and size of implant you mentioned. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.

Answer: What would happen if I got the breast implants and then lost 100 lbs? Hi there, thank you for your question. If you get breast implants first and then lose so much weight, you might have sagginess on your breasts. This means that you might need second surgery after loosing weight. That's why; I suggest you to lose weight first and then, have the BA surgery.

Answer: Weight loss after breast augmentation If you are planning on loosing a significant amount of weight after your breast augmentation surgery, the natural volume of your breast will reduce. The excess skin that remains will either retract or sag. With the amount of weight loss that your are considering there would be considerable concern that it would create some deflation after the weight loss, and you may require a breast lift to revisionary surgery for the shape.

Answer: Weight loss and Breast Augmentation: Information Dear Ms. Cotopolo, Thank you for your question. Without a examination and complete review of your past history medical I can only speak in general terms. However, I hope you find them helpful. Breast are a complex organ of milk producing glands, fat and skin. All of which are affected by genetics and hormones. Thus “one answer” is impossible. For instance some women during pregnancy don’t change their cup size (rarely). Where we accumulate our fat or lose our fat is genetically inherited. In some women the breast is the first place fat is lost and gained. And in your case medications may alter both genetics and your hormones. Lastly skin elasticity is often changed with changes in breast volume changes. Thus your particular and individualistic breast history is very important in your decision process. What will not change is the size of the implant...only the volume of the surrounding breast tissue that is individually affected by your own inherited genetics and hormone response to your breast tissue. In conclusion, the simple answer is: obtain your realistic weight (or close to it) and then revaluate your breasts for desired size and shape. I suggest you collect multiple model photos of your desired breast shape/size and schedule several appointments with experienced Plastic Surgeons who are Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (denoting by membership as having met additional criteria and a focus on Cosmetic Plastic Surgery). Answer: Breast lift and augmentation Dramatic weight loss often leaves the breasts saggy, whether you have implants or not. If you have implants, your breasts may become saggier. In addition, implant size is chosen based on your current body measurements, so if you lose weight after breast augmentation, the size of your breasts may no longer be proportionately pleasing. It’s recommended that you wait until after you’ve achieved your goal stable weight before proceeding with any cosmetic breast surgery.
