Can’t seem to find people with my nose type…. Not sure what “type” of rhinoplasty I would need exactly. My issue with my nose is the wide upper bridge (the actual bone part I believe). when I smile, my tip/nostrils get much larger/wider. I haven’t really found anyone with my specific type of nose, my side profile is fine. I think of my nose SIMILAR to Blake Lively’s nose pre-nose job. I love her post-rhino results. I’m 36 y/o Caucasian f. 5’7 ~125/130LB. Skin type 3. Pics look better with makeup

Answer: Rhinoplasty to improve shape... Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The bridge can be narrowed and the tip refined. It goes down when you smile because it lacks support. It's hard to find anyone that has a nose that looks just like you. However, be sure to see an expert rhinoplasty surgeon for consultation and you should be able to look through a lot of photos to find something close.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Goals Based on your frontal photos, your nasal bones widen excessively in the middle of the nose at the junction with the upper nasal cartilages. The goal of a rhinoplasty would be to narrow the bridge of the nose into symmetrical lines, improve tip support, and decrease the width of the alar base. This would result in less widening when you smile and reduce the downward pull on the tip, while creating straight aesthetic lines of the dorsum. Dr. B.
