Because my nose is so swollen I find it's producing more oil how long before I can extract?

If you are one year after rhinoplasty surgery, you should have no issues in the gym. You should also have no issues getting your nasal skin extracted and having a facial to clear up your skin. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. At one year postop, you can certainly resume normal weightlifting and exercise activities. However, I do not recommend performing any extractions even at one year.
