Thanks for your question. The comedones are best treated gently with chemical exfoliating cleanser and sebum reducing cosmeceuticals such as NeonStrata or Reversa products. Stubborn blackheads will improve with application of BPO products such as OxyPads or Clenziderm lotion from Obaji which is microtized and enters pores easier. Don’t use pressure on the skin surface like Hydrafacial treatment until you are well healed and your surgeon says you can. Hope this is helpful.
