What is more effective: microcurrent or radiofrequency?

There are multiple options in nonsurgical skin tightening today. I use both Ultherapy, which uses focused ultrasound energy and ThermiTight, which utilizes radiofrequency energy. Both of these procedures offer excellent results to the right patient. More important than the device itself is the provider administering the treatment. I encourage you to find a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist with extensive experience in nonsurgical skin tightening to ensure a safe and successful procedure. Keep in mind that some methods may require more than one session to achieve complete results and a periodic touch-up session may be required to maintain them.

Hello Radio frequency will definitely tighten and firm the skin.  Depending on which system you are going with there will be multiple treatments that are required for achieving the best results.   At your age you may want to consider Ulthera (microfocused ultrasound technology)  for more deeper skin tightening and lifting.  Its result may last you a little longer and result in mire collagen stimulation and tightening.
