Fire & ice treatment?

It is hard to answer that question without seeing photos of your neck region. But Cool Mini does work in the correct patient and provider. Ultherapy (the fire) is intended to help tighten the skin after Cool Mini. But this may not be needed as there is some clinical evidence to suggest that Cool Mini actually helps to tighten the skin in many cases.

If you have small problem areas, you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish (Fire & Ice) or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well.
