Many red marks occurred on my face after comedone extraction, what should I do to get rid of them?

I understand your concern after getting a facial extraction ?  I would not be concerned unless the extractions were done to aggressively.  I am not a big fan of extractions because of the same reasons your are mentioning.  I would let it be and be diligent with sunscreen and your red marks will heal.  If you feel that there is scarring afterwards I would advise you to follow up with your clinician.

Red marks are common after comedone extraction, (Facial).  Sunscreen is recommended daily to prevent post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.  Retinol cream can help at night.

Red marks are common after extractions.  They should calm down in a few hours.  Also, a redness gel containing botanicals can be helpful.  Be sure to put sunscreen on.

Hello, and thank you for your question. Redness is a common occurrence after getting a facial, but this is typically only mild and should gradually diminish on its own in the next few days. Be sure to stay out of the sun or apply sunscreen if you are going to be outdoors to help keep your skin protected from UV damage. If you’re still not seeing an improvement in your skin tone over the next few days, speak with your provider.
 

Red marks are very common after extractions. I would recommend a calming moisturizer and a good physical sunscreen. The red marks should go away in a few days. 

Hi, this is normal.  I would recommend using a calming moisturizing cream. Dr Grandel Azulene mask.  Also use an spf in the morning.  Best wishes.

Red marks are very normal after extractions are done.  They should go away in 2-3 days.  In the meantime, use a gentle moisturizer and a good physical-block sunscreen in order to hydrate and protect your skin.
