Can I have facial before microneedling?

You can get a gently cleansing facial before microneedling. You just want to avoid anything that may cause inflammation, like aggressive manual exfoliation, chemical peels, enzymes, etc before the microneedling treatment. A cleansing facial would be a great way to make sure that your skin is extra clean first.
