I have 800cc ultra high profile implants under the muscle They look a mess,(deformed) They hurt really bad! it feels like they are really heavy falling into my stomach, feels like their is no support ,I have to wear a push up bra to keep them in place and I can't even write with a pen or pick up my son without them hurting me. The pain Is really starting to bother me, Is this pain going to ever end?
Answer: Boobs hurt so much? Sorry but your surgery was done by someone that does not know how to handle tuberous breasts. This is poorly planned and executed. You have double bubble deformity and this will not improve without more surgery. Sorry. I hope this helps. Good luck.

Answer: Deformed Breasts after augmentation Hello, You appear to have implants that are too large for your frame and poorly positioned. You would benefit from a revision to treat the tuberous breast shape as well as to select an appropriate implant. Your breast pain may be caused by many factors that require a thorough examination by a Board Certified and experienced Plastic Surgeon. Warm regards, Dr. Pedy Ganchi Village Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Breast Pain Thank you for your question and photos. I'm unclear as to how far out you are from surgery. Without exam it is difficult to know why you are having pain. 800cc is quite a large implant, I recommend following up with your PS. Be sure you are seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Best of luck!

Answer: In pain with 800 cc UHP implants It appears from your picture that you had very constricted breasts preoperatively, especially on the inferior poles. Why your surgeon would choose the largest possible implants is a question I cannot answer. Your skin will stretch over time, however I wish I could be more optimistic about the appearance of your lower breasts. Your breast implants need to be downsized to a more reasonable size. It might possible to get to a larger size at some point in the future, but it will take several surgeries over a long period of time. If your surgeon is not receptive to downsizing, I think you need to get a second opinion from a board-certified plastic surgeon who is experienced with revision breast surgery. Best wishes to you!
