Sorry but your surgery was done by someone that does not know how to handle tuberous breasts.  This is poorly planned and executed.  You have double bubble deformity and this will not improve without more surgery.  Sorry.  I hope this helps.  Good luck.

You appear to have implants that are too large for your frame and poorly positioned. You would benefit from a revision to treat the tuberous breast shape as well as to select an appropriate implant. Your breast pain may be caused by many factors that require a thorough examination by a Board Certified and experienced Plastic Surgeon.

Thank you for your question and photos.  I'm unclear as to how far out you are from surgery.   Without exam it is difficult to know why you are having pain.  800cc is quite a large implant, I recommend following up with your PS.  Be sure you are seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.  Best of luck!

It appears from your picture that you had very constricted breasts preoperatively,  especially on the inferior poles.  Why your surgeon would choose the largest possible implants is a question I cannot answer.  Your skin will stretch over time, however I wish I could be more optimistic about the appearance of your lower breasts.  Your breast implants need to be downsized to a more reasonable size. It might possible to get to a larger size at some point in the future, but it will take several surgeries  over a long period of time.   If your surgeon is not receptive to downsizing, I think you need to get a second opinion  from a board-certified plastic surgeon who is experienced with revision breast surgery. Best wishes to you!

These implants are too big for your frame and breasts. Because they're so big, you have a double bubble, pain and a poor result. You need address these concerns with your plastic surgeon and consider reducing your breast implant size. Good luck, Dr. Aldo

It appears that prior to surgery you had tuberous breasts which would require release of constricted bands in the lower poles, lowering and reinforcing of the breast creases, and a full but reasonably sized implant to help fill out the shape. The implants you have are likely too large and you may need further release work done. I recommend that you see your Plastic Surgeon in person for evaluation and planning,All the best

Hi there, Thank you for your question. It appears as though the implant is too large for your anatomy. Speak with your surgeon about reshaping your breast tissue. The pain should resolve in a couple weeks, once your body adjusts to the change. All the best, 

it appears you had a tuberous breast deformity pre-op, your surgeon attempted to lower and expand your lower pole, however an 800cc UHP implant is a little over the top when trying to perform such a difficult surgery, You have a resultant double bubble from your prior IMF that was not properly released. Go back to see your operating surgeon and also seek a second and third opinion, not an easy surgery to fix either. 

It looks like there are a few issues going on here.  The very short answer (to a long and involved explanation of what is going on which should take place in person and with illustrations) is that you will need revision of some sort.  Discuss this with your surgeon and if you are dissatisfied with the approach or plan, seek alternate consultations with a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience and expertise in breast surgery.  Only visit with surgeon's certified by the American Board of plastic surgery.Best of luck!

Hello!You have a "double bubble" presentation and the implants are out of synch with the overlying breast tissue. You need a revision. You should talk to your plastic surgeon or seek a second opinion. You can find a board certified plastic surgeon at plasticsurgery.org. Your implants do not look at all like they are supposed to.
