just for the initial frankenboobs to look normal enough to wear regular low cut tops and bathing suits. ALSO, To the point where they stop changing size ?
Answer: Frankenboobs ;) Thanks for reaching out. I usually prepare my patients by telling them their breast will look crazy for about 3 weeks before they start to drop. They usually take about 6-12 weeks to fully settle into place. Some patients takes up to 6 months. I would say you start feeling comfortable by week three.I hope this helps :)

Answer: How long did it take for your breast to fully drop and fluff? Thanks for your question and photo. Congrats on your recent surgery! In general it takes as little as 6 weeks and as long as 6 months for your implants to drop and fluff and reach a final shape/size. Every patient is different and it depends on many factors such as size of implant, pocket choice for implant, patient's own tissue characteristics, etc. You can read my attached blog post discussing this issue for further detail.
