Hello @Aoiken, thank you for your question. A blefaroplasty procedure is usually undertaken in order to improve the appearance of the eyes, for example by reducing wrinkles or removing excess skin. However, it is important to note that blefaroplasty will not change the form of the eye. I suggest improving the expression of the eyes with non-surgical treatments by raising the eyebrow a little to make the eye look more alive.
