Over the years, I've noticed my upper eyelids have become more hollow and there is more upper eyelid exposure My eyes used to be slighty hooded. It also appears that my eyebrows have a more elevated position than they used to. I did suffer from eyelid dermatitis for a number of years. Is there a surgical procedure which can restore my eyelids to the way they previously looked? (not interested in filler or botox or other such injectables).
