2 months post upper, lowers, and canthoplasty. Lowers were performed with transcutaneous approach. It seems my canthoplasty has failed. My lateral canthals are webbed and my horizontal fissures have been significantly shortened. My doctor doesn't think he can repair it. Is there help out there?
