Earlier this year I had an upper Bleph to correct asymmetry and sagging lids. I still have some excess skin that is sagging over my lids but am fairly happy with my eyes being more symmetrical. Could this excess sagging skin be easily clipped? And does this look like a satisfactory result? Thank you.

Answer: I strongly advise against "clipping" this skin.
